Product Description
The Vitamix 748 Two-Speed blender is operated with simple High/Low controls that make it easy to understand and operate. The uncomplicated controls and 64-ounce container make it easy to train staff to create consistently blended drinks and other dishes, including smooth soups and sauces. A removable plug on the lid lets you easily add ingredients to your mixture while it is blending.
The blade and motor are powerful enough to crush ice in just a few seconds. The motor is designed to resist overheating under a heavy load, so the blender can power through batch after batch of drinks during your busiest service periods. The Vitamix 748 Two-Speed blender has a tamper for blending thick and frozen concoctions without having to stop the blender. A collar on the tamper keeps it from touching the blades directly.
