First of all, I must say that I was pretty shocked when I opened the box on this TOZO PA1 Bluetooth Speaker. I have had a few "pill" style over the years and not only was this one considerably larger but it FELT significantly more well made. To me, it is quite heavy (not insanely so) for the size. To my mind this means TOZO didn't simply go with the cheapest quality components but thought about durability and longevity. The buttons on top are plenty large enough and well laid out and I had no problems pairing it with my Galaxy S24+. As loud as it is, I wondered how far the BT connection would hold and did expect it to go a bit farther but whether it was a phone or speaker restriction, it started breaking up as I moved to the end of my 3 car length driveway. If you were chilling on your back porch at a BBQ though, the sound is strong enough to project that far easily so the phone just needed to stay closer while you mingled or played cornhole or swam in the pool. :) The TOZO App is great as well and lets you completely customize the EQ you prefer for what you are listening to with the PA1 as well as all TOZO products and neatly lists them in one convenient app. It lets you choose from over 30 different presets as well as being able to customize and save how you like it. The differences are clearly noticeable in this speaker. I have had others that had presets that still pretty much all sounded the same outside of extreme ends (heavy bass vs podcast for instance). I am very impressed with this and will certainly consider buying a couple more as gifts in the future. The PA1 is a great buy and when combined with TOZO's great customer service, it is something that leaves me zero concerns about how long it will last, how well it will perform and whether I will have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get service if I need it. A simple email on a previous issue I had with some earbuds and they helped me solve the issue and were extremely responsive.
