MEC3H5S series with PCIe Gen4 x 4 interface controller is designed for excellent performance, low-latency communication and high IOPS applications. MEC3H5S series supports up to 8 channels/ 32 CE, sequential read performance is up to 7.1GB/s and sequential write performance is up to 6.6GB/s. Except to support high performance NVMe (Non-Volatile Memory express) interface, MEC3H5S series optimizes algorithm for wear-leveling to increase the lifespan of PCIe SSD effectively and applies Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) of Error Correction Code (ECC) circuitry to maintain data reliability.
