Classic Roast Chicken Gravy. Just add water to prepare this classic roast chicken flavour gravy with sage and parsley. - Prepare and Use: Stove Top Method: Empty packet contents into a small saucepan. Blend in 300ml (1/2 pint) water and bring to the boil, stirring. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until the gravy has thickened. Microwave Method (750 Watt): Empty packet contents into a large microwaveable bowl or jug. Blend in the water. Cook on high for 4 minutes, stirring every minute until thickened. Stir well before serving. Serving Suggestion: Replace a little of the water with the juices from the roast chicken and add a dash of white wine for that extra special flavour!
