I upgraded from a s21 to s24 and was being cheap so I decided to go refurbished. I was a bit concerned about battery life because that's what usually ruins a phone first and I didn't want a used one that was already degraded. The 24 has the same battery as the 21 but with more processing power to burn it up. The battery life has been fantastic. It runs like a brand new phone. No scratches, no damage. You can always return it if you have issues. I would recommend saving a few hundred dollars and buy refurbished.

The product arrived in excellent condition. The one word that comes to me when it comes to the s24 is "speed". Everything is just so fast and responsive. Scrolling through apps, taking pictures, playing games, etc... it doesn't matter what the task is, the phone crushes it in every aspect. I actually went from more of a gaming phone (The ASUS ROG Phone 5) to this and I purchased that phone brand new. The S24 just performs better in every regard than the ROG Phone 5. I don't know a ton about phone tech but I believe it's because of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor being superior to the ROG Phone 5s Snapdragon 888, while maintaining similar or better GPU Performance.
