Gardenera Tree Fern is 100% natural fern. It is sustainably harvested in New Zealand. Our tree fern provides superior moisture retention and humidity level. New Zealand tree fern encourages healthy growth of your plants. It is ideal for growing orchids and epiphytal plants.
Tree fern sourced from New Zealand is soft, porous and spongy, long-lasting, and has fantastic moisture holding abilities. These natural products – tree fern panels and fiber, have a much larger surface area than many other substrates, which means its capacity to retain moisture is much greater.
• 🌺 Orchids A Plenty- A superior orchid potting medium for your favorite Orchids including Phalaenoposis, Phragmipedium, Dendrobium, Paphiopedilum, Oncidium, as well as a wide range of other epiphytes and ferns.
• 💕 Capillary Action- Gardenera Tree Fern Orchid Substrate has a natural wicking action that sucks up water like a sponge and evenly distributes it throughout the orchid potting medium. Allowing every part of the root structure access to the moisture and nutrients necessary for strong and healthy growth.
• 💧 Less Watering- Locks in moisture without becoming oversaturated. Meaning that unlike generic orchid potting mix and orchid bark that tend to dry out quickly and need frequent watering, your plants will maintain their ideal moisture level and do so for longer while still getting much needed aeration.
• 🌿 Superior New Zealand Tree Fern- Gardenera tree fern substrate is softer and more porous than South and Central American alternatives and it's not to be confused with what others might call Orchid dirt or Orchid soil.
