Engineered to deliver exceptional performance, this solvent swiftly eliminates oil, grease, and grime from metals, most plastics, and painted surfaces, leaving behind no residue, and ensuring pristine parts ready for painting.
Usage Instructions:
Please note: Not for use in heated parts washing units. Immerse & Clean: Completely submerge the objects requiring degreasing in a container filled with Parts Washer Solvent. Drain & Dry: Allow cleaned parts to drain for a minimum of 15 seconds or until dripping ceases, whichever is longer. Agitate with Care: If utilizing a pump-agitated solvent bath, ensure the agitator generates a gentle rolling motion within the solvent, avoiding splashing against tank walls or cleaned parts. Control Ventilation: Position work area fans away from the degreaser unit to avoid airflow disturbance during cleaning. Maintain Cover: Keep unit cover closed at all times except when actively cleaning parts or adding/removing solvent. Waste Management: Collect and store waste solvents in sealed containers to avoid environmental contamination. Safe Washing: When using a flexible hose or flushing devices, perform washing exclusively within the cold cleaning machine, utilizing a solid stream spray, not atomized or shower spray. Material Caution: Avoid cleaning sponges, fabric, wood, leather, paper products, or other absorbent materials within the cold cleaning machine. Avoid Air Agitation: Refrain from utilizing air-agitated solvent baths to ensure optimal safety.
Safety Precautions: DANGER! CONTENTS HARMFUL: Take precautions to avoid ingestion, eye, skin, and inhalation contact. Keep out of reach of children and only operate in well-ventilated areas.
Exposure Symptoms: Inhalation: Potential respiratory tract irritation. Skin Contact: This may lead to skin irritation, including redness, drying, and cracking. Eye Contact: Risk of eye irritation, characterized by discomfort, excess blinking, and possible redness and swelling. Ingestion: Fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Can cause chemical pneumonitis if aspirated into the lungs. May induce stomach distress, nausea, or vomiting.
Clean Procedures: Begin by removing excess product through scraping or wiping. Use hot water and dishwashing detergent to eliminate residue. Before painting, employ a standard prep solvent to ensure product removal.
