Turkey Base, No Added MSG* Gluten Free is a premium seasoned paste concentrate of cooked turkey meat and natural turkey juices. Gives gravies, pot pies and dressings roasted turkey flavor. Or, lightly rub on turkey for a full-body flavor.
• Gluten free. No preservatives and no artificial flavors. 0 Grams Trans Fat.
• Makes soups quickly and conveniently. Add Turkey Base to poultry stuffing, rice pilaf and breading. Enrich sauces, gravies or entrees. Season turkey: rub with softened Turkey Base before cooking. Mix into low fat mayo to complement a turkey sandwich.
• To make an instant fully seasoned stock/broth, add Base to water and stir: 3/4 tsp base + 1 cup water or 1 Tbsp base + 1 quart water or 1 lb base (1 container) + 5 gallons water.
