ATS Safety, MG-2-SK1, Head Mount Milling Machine Safety Guard to provide safe work conditions by protecting against hot chips and coolant swarf. Front arm swings open to the left 180 degrees for easy setup and work access, no drilling required, bolts to the quill feed selector on Bridgeport, Sharp, Jet, Trak, Prototrak DPM, HH Roberts, Clausing, Lagun, Webb, Supermax, Alliant and many other manual vertical milling machines, articulating arms allow operator to easily position the shield to fit different work-pieces or fixtures, heavy duty steel adjustable handles- pull out and orient 360 degrees, will not work if tilting the machine's head left and right (only front/back), includes curved lexan shield only.
• Versatile Compatibility: No drilling required to install! Bolts around the quill feed selector with longer bolts we supply. Chip guard works on Bridgeport, Sharp, Jet, Trak, Prototrak DPM, HH Roberts, Clausing, Lagun, Webb, Supermax, Alliant, and many other manual vertical milling machines. This is the interlocked version.
• Easy Installation: The mounting plates ensure a secure bolt-on installation without the need for drilling. The mounting plates are slotted outwards to accommodate slight differences in machine bolt pattern. With an installation time of 5 minutes or less, this milling machine safety guard is a hassle-free upgrade to enhance your workshop safety.
• Adjustable and Convenient: Constructed with CNC billet aluminum, this milling machine safety guard shield allows for adjustments in/out and up/down, accommodating different work setups and table heights. The steel adjustable lever facilitates easy re-positioning, ensuring that your work is unhindered while maintaining safety.
• Enhanced Safety Features: The milling machine safety guard lexan replacement is made from 1/4" thick lexan (polycarbonate), offering robust protection. The standard shield is 9” tall and 15” wide. Taller shields are available. With its powder-coated PPG's "OSHA Safety Orange" finish, this guard is not only functional but also highly visible for increased safety
• Flexible Access: The milling machine safety parts include a shield that swings out 180 degrees, allowing for easy part changes without compromising safety. This feature of the lexan replacement safety guard ensures that your workflow is seamless and secure.
