PAPER MODEL KIT MILITARY FLEET BATTLESHIP MIKASA OREL 157 Manufacturer: Orel (Ukraine) Scale: 1/200 Material: Paper Condition: New Number of sheets: 38 sheets of A4 Japanese battleship, now a museum ship. Named after the mountain in Nara Prefecture. Ordered in 1898, it was built at the shipyard Vickers in the UK. Launched in 1900, came into operation in 1902. In terms of tonnage, and the arming of the size it was close to the battleship "Asahi", having a very similar silhouette but differs booking system. Of all the six Japanese battleships "Mikasa" had the best seaworthiness was the flagship of the Japanese fleet during the Russian-Japanese war.
