The Lathem PC700-WEB touch-screen employee time clock utilizes WiFi or Ethernet to connect to Lathem PayClock online cloud-based time and attendance software. The PC700-WEB with WiFi works exclusively with PayClock online and includes an internal dry contact relay for door access control and bell ringer capabilities. It offers employees different options to clock in/clock out and access information from the touch screen display. Your employees can use the clock with the convenience of swiping a proximity badge, optional key fob or entering a personal pin. A built-in lithium battery backup stores employee punch data and settings for up to 8 years, so if your Ethernet network goes down, employees can still clock in and out and record their time. The data transfers instantly to the web for secure, anywhere online time record viewing and management with offline backup. Since 1919, Lathem time clocks have set the standard for quality, durability and accuracy.
• A paid subscription to Lathem’s PayClock Online web-based time clock software is required and SOLD SEPARATELY
• Includes PC700 wi-fi & ethernet time clock, mounting hardware, power supply, cable, and 15 proximity badges (additional available)
• Employees simply wave their proximity badge (15 included) in front of the PC700 wall mount time clock to punch in or out, eliminating contact and reducing the spread of germs. Operating Temperature- 0 ~ 50°C / 32 ~ 122°F
• Automatically calculates worked hours including overtime, and accrue and track time off for each employee
• Punch times are transmitted securely by wi-fi or ethernet to the PayClock Online cloud-based time clock software for calculating worked hours including overtime, editing, reporting, and exporting to your existing payroll software including ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks and more.
