It’s crafted from Japanese 420J2 stainless steel with an easy-grip polypropylene handle for comfortable use. Fresh ingredients are tastiest when prepared immediately before use. Zest citrus rinds, like oranges, lemons and limes, and finely grate hard and semi-hard cheeses, blocks of baking chocolate, and other firm ingredients. The built-in channel knife, also called a citrus stripper, cuts narrow strips of citrus peel for neat and decorative garnishes that look great, just like the pros. It cuts narrow strips of block chocolate for chocolate curls, too.
