Grilling on wood planks infuses food with the subtly delicate flavor of the smoked wood. With this 3-tier plank rack, you'll be able to cook multiple dishes at once, saving space on your grill while adding flavor! cook up to three planks full of food on your grill, adding moisture & flavor for tender results every time. You can customize entrees for your guests, or grill sides to complement your meal. This rack also makes for an impressive presentation when used to serve at the table. Planks can be reused several times, plus the rack is dishwasher safe & collapses for easy storage. Use: to use, open the rack & set on the grill top to preheat. Rinse & soak the grilling plank in water or other liquid for at least an hour. With your food on the wet plank, place the plank on the rack, inserting the edge of the plank into the tab on the rack. Cook indirectly with grill lid closed. Cooking times will vary. Food on lower racks will cook faster than food on higher racks; monitor your cooking times accordingly.
CARE: Planks: your plank can be used several times. Allow plank to cool, then clean with hot water & rinse thoroughly. Allow the plank to air dry & store. Soak before each use. Rack: allow rack to cool before cleaning. Wash with water & soap, & dry immediately. Do not use abrasive scrubbers. Dishwasher safe.
