This instrument is made from 100% natural grenadilla wood that is carefully selected and stabilized, then treated with aspecial varnish to both protect against cracks and scratches, and insure optimal projection and sound quality. Built with the reliability that has made Buffet an industry standard since their founding in 1825, the E12F is easy to play and has incredibly accurate intonation and response in all ranges.The E12F's thumbrest is adjustable for player's comfort and has a ring for a neck strap if desired. The forged coppered and silvered keys are supported by screwed pillars and blue steel springs for excellent feel and action, as well as durability, and the instrument's leather pads guarantee an airtight seal when playing. It offers a sound quality and playing experience that very few instruments at this price point can equal.The E12F also features an ergonomic and practical backpack-style case for ease of transport.
