I've been searching for a peanut powder to replace the FreshFinds brand that I was able to get at BigLots...now that they've closed and cannot order online...my search led me to MicroIngredients Pure Peanut Butter Powder. This is pure peanut powder, no sodium/sugar added...P U R E. I start with 60g and add one of the following: honey, sorghum, molasses or maple syrup to sweeten...nothing more than 2 tsp...and enough hot coffee to moisten into a creamy spread. I eat this daily with my banana...incredibly delicious, full of protein, very satisfying. Again, this is pure peanut butter powder, so if you're conditioned to taste peanut butter as salty and sweet, you'll need to adjust your end-use recipe. Don't hesitate to order the 4# bag, you can split it up into smaller airtight containers, date each one and save for at least 12-18 months. Excellent value.

I recently switched to this one from the Walmart equivalent. I did not notice any difference in the powder — and that is a good thing! Both taste great and dissolve equally well in milk. The nutritional information is about equivalent for both products. This is interesting since the Walmart one includes added cane sugar, but this one has no added sugar. Yet, both have the same total sugar content... Relatedly, this one also does not have added salt, but the Walmart one does. Overall, the lack of added things, combined with the same performance (taste, and solubility), makes this the superior product!
