For three generations Campanini has produced custom-milled rice at their small-specialized riseria, and now the same care goes into procuring and packaging the family’s polenta. Not too course, not too fine, this polenta is just right. It has great texture and doesn't take all day to cook. Want it creamy and soft? Use a 3 to 1 ratio of liquid to polenta. Want it firm so you can cool it and fry polenta cakes? Use a 3 to 1 ratio. Wonderful as a base for braised or grilled meats, sausages, fish or vegetables!
