You can use our cedar boards on gas or charcoal grills as well as in the oven. Enjoy moist and healthy entrees like salmon, chicken, pork chops, and steak. You can fit approximately 2-4 servings of salmon on each plank. These planks are 5 x 11" in size, perfect for 2-3 servings each. Certified food safe. Sustainably sourced. We take our role as stewards of this planet seriously, and are FSC certified. Made and packaged in the USA. We only use Western Red Cedar.
• AVOID CHINESE PLANKS - We have seen that sellers are selling "Incense Cedar" boards that have been glued together. Neither of those things are safe to grill on.
