From the Manufacturer
The 1-3/8-Inch by 36-Inch MetalDecor Cherry Carpet Trim easily covers a seam or gap between two flooring surfaces of unequal height. Carpet Trim prevents carpet edges from fraying, vinyl floor seams from curling and creates a smooth transition between different flooring surfaces. Aluminum trim is easily secured to wood and concrete floors with provided Screw Nails. For installation on concrete floors use Wooden Pegs (sold separately).
• Durable aluminum withstands high foot traffic areas in the home
• For use in doorways, room entryways or other locations where two unequal height flooring surfaces meet
• 1-3/8 in. W x 36 in. L
• Cherry finish
• Included 1-1/4 in. 13 gauge screw nails fit firmly in pre-drilled holes for easy installation
• Can be cut to desired length with hack saw
• METAL DECOR products provide the durability of aluminum with the appearance of a wood finish.
• Position shorter leg on carpet during installation
• (6) 1-1/4 in. 13 gauge Screw Nails included. Included fasteners are color matched to the transition.
• Recommended for gaps narrower than the transition strip
