I'd read about vibration plates helping with a variety of ailments, but what interested me the most was that it works muscles that aren't usually worked due to the jostling back and forth and can even provide pain relief. Won't lie, was a bit skeptical but I have been proved wrong! I have tight muscles and a weaker right leg due to a birth deformity, and I experience pain in my ankle off and on. Having a permanently broken fibula doesn't help either! But using this, it helps loosen the muscles in my ankle, and my pain dissipates after a session. I can feel it working my foot and ankle muscles, and they're even sore after (the good kind of sore)! This plate is an easy way to get limber and relieve those tight, achy muscles.

LifePro vibration plate exercise machines should be in every home in the country, taking physicians recommendations into account, of course. It is truly life changing. In only twelve days of one 15 minute session per day on the lowest program mode and speed settings while just sitting in one of my favorite chairs and watching tv, I've lost belly fat, seen darkened veins lighten with some already disappearing, thereby improving my circulation, grown stronger with more energy, improved sleep enough to stop taking my melatonin pills and flattened my sinuses.
