This chain saw does a great job! It is very easy to use, it cut through an 8"-10" oak tree that fell in our side yard like butter, and is relatively light with long battery life. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. I highly recommend this product!

I need a chainsaw every few years to down some trees at my cabin in northern Minnesota. I was tired of borrowing or renting a gas chain saw and I never bought one because I didn’t want to deal with long term storage of a gasoline engine. I saw this Greenworks saw at a very good price and I bought it, despite being skeptical of how well it could perform. WOW! The first time I used it my doubts were cast aside. This saw is amazing! As powerful as the gas chainsaws I’ve used before. It’s very quiet compared to a gas saw and there’s no smoke or smell. The battery lasted a long time. I cut up 2 downed 30 foot pine trees and only used half the battery. It will be easy to store and will fire right up anytime I need it. I’m really impressed with this Greenworks saw and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends.
