The spring-loaded cutting mechanism provides smooth consistent pressure to assist with precise cuts. It comes with a razor-sharp blade right out of the box, which can be re-sharpened as well as replaced to prolong the life of this durable tool. There is also a safety lock to prevent the blade from moving when not in use. The extended handle creates extra leverage and increases cutting power with minimal effort.
