Franklin Sports Ripper Junior Ice Hockey Stick is designed to be tailored to the specific needs of hockey players. This 55" inch junior right handed hockey stick features 50 flex, specialized grip texture, and a lightweight design to help ice hockey players maintain complete control. We specially crafted this Ripper ice hockey stick to include a 50 flex to allow players to put more of their body weight on their stick making it easier to bend (or flex) which is critical to players' ability to pass and shoot. It is very important to purchase the correct flex of a stick. A general rule of thumb is that your flex should be roughly half of the player's body weight. Also note that while the height of a stick depends on player preference, it's advised that the stick should end between the player's chin and nose when standing.
