If you have LG TV you press the red "L" button and if you have Samsung TV you have to press the 'S' button. Please make sure you're pressing the STB key to operate the box. For example if you want to control the volume of the box, you press the STB button which is between 'source" and 'L" button and press the volume bar. Similarly, if you want to control the volume of the TV, you will need to press the S button for Samsung TV or the L button for LG TV and the volume button right after.
