What a great pasta pot! I especially love the draining lid that makes life very simple. The lid fits snug on the pot and gave me no trouble when draining the pasta. The pot heats up quickly and evenly and the no stick surface is perfect. I do season the pot before using it every time but that just how I cook! Great dark black color and it’s definitely sturdy! Functionally, I use it for other cooking besides pasta and it’s my go to pot now!

I had gotten a full Bialetti set 20 years ago, and have just started replacing them, piece by piece, after daily use for that long, and growing from a family of 2 to 6! This was a new addition and I love the features of durability, cooking capacity to hold multiple bags/boxes of a variety of pasta, the color (black) goes with everything and the functionality/flexibility of the pot's shape and drain-lock top are 💯 wins for this pot!
