You can mix it with bread or yogurt, use it as a sugar substitute in beverages, and incorporate it into your cooking. It pairs exceptionally well with yogurt and has a subtle rice malt aroma. • Highly nutritious and popular among health-conscious individuals in Japan. Made by fermenting rice with koji, it's unsweetened yet naturally sweet.
• Conveniently packaged in single-serve packs for easy to carry and store. Non-alcoholic, making it suitable for both adults and children.
• Usage Instructions: Simply pour it into a cup or teacup and add hot water. (Approximately 30-40cc per bag). It allows you to easily make authentic sweet sake, similar to what you'd get if it was warmed in a pot. It's also delicious as chilled sweet sake with water added. Adding it to milk makes for a delicious drink as well.
• Net weight: 30g per pack, 15 packs per package. Shelf life: 180 days from the manufacturing date. The color may darken over time, but this does not affect the quality.
• Storage instructions: Keep in a cool, dark place and consume soon after opening. Note: Brown fibrous material in the product is part of the rice and safe to consume. For best flavor, store in the refrigerator after purchase.
